Dear Grace Church,

Sin has a way of growing in our lives until it brings about death. The start of sin is giving in to our own desires. Temptations are all around us, but we must fight against giving those temptations a place in our hearts. We are blessed when we walk in righteousness. The blessings flow living into the ways we created for us.

Sermon Series

This week I will cover James 1:19-27. James ups the ante. Our lives are not simply about resisting sin but become about our actions. Do our actions reflect our words? Most people do not operate with 100% integrity, but our values, words, and deeds should correspond.

 Other Stuff

 Please plan to join the OCC team as they finish putting together the boxes for various times next week. Also, make plans to come on November 16th for our Thanksgiving potluck. The meat will be provided, please bring sides. Be in prayer for Grace Church as we serve this community and shine Christ’s light to a dark world.
