Dear Grace Church,

Tough times refine believers. We should be thankful for these times as they allow us to grow in Christ and be steadfast in our faith. Our faith must be challenged for us to strengthen it. The wisdom of the world is vastly different from the wisdom of God. We need to examine ourselves and pull of the weeds of false wisdom from our lives. Tough times help us understand our need for God’s wisdom.

Sermon Series

This week I will cover James 1:12-18. In this passage, James addresses the cycle of sin which can ensnare us. He also reminds us of our status and reward in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Other Stuff

I have a simple call to prayer. Pray that we would see where the Lord is working and engage in His work. Also, please come to the supper this Wednesday and support Operation Christmas Child.
