Dear Grace Church,

True wisdom comes from above. We can be wise and learned in the ways of this world, but we must remember the Heavenly Wisdom is often diametrically opposed to the way the world works. True wisdom comes from a settled peaceful heart, worldly wisdom comes from bitter jealousy and selfish ambition.

Sermon Series

This week Dennis will be preaching from James 4:1-12. In this passage we are given some ideas on how to interact with each other in a Godly manner. It is important to place our pride aside as we handle conflict.

Other Stuff

The Leadership Small group will start on February 19 th at 5:00 PM. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall. There will be a sign-up sheet in the Fellowship Hall or you can email the church office. I hope to see you all there. Other small groups are forming as well. There will be a meeting of leaders and potential leaders after church on Sunday. Please attend if you are looking to lead a group.
